This Food State product contains vitamins C and E in a gentle, non-acidic and highly bioeffective form.
Food State VitaminC is approximately 4 times more bio-effective than ascorbic acid and is also retained for up to 48 hours, whereas a Ascorbic acid is excreted within 2 hours of ingestion.

High Potency Fish Oil
Contain oils from sardine and anchovy. This formula gives good levels of EPA/DHA (omega3 fatty acids), which are the active and anti-inflammatory components.
It is possible to obtain EPA/DHA from flax oil; but it does need to be converted to the actives EPA/DHA, and very often this process is not efficient in our body – especially in patients whose diets are high in omega 6. This is because omega 3 and omega 6 compete for the same convertase enzyme, and omega 6 has priority for uptake. For my patients that require the anti-inflammatory activity omega 3 from fish oil is best suited.
